Southern Stars Dressage is situated on 157 picturesque, undulating, pasture improved acres. Located close to the beaches of Port Stephens and the coastal holiday towns of Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest, it is directly north of Newcastle.

As well as being strategically positioned 30 minutes from Newcastle airport, SSD is also within easy reach of the Lower Hunter Valley and its myriad offering of tourist attractions, wineries and regular dressage competitions. The excellent grounds of Alexander Park Dressage Club are a mere 20 minute drive away, most of which is easy travelling on the Pacific highway.

Comprising a small breeding stud and boutique training centre, SSD offers both the leisure rider and the dressage enthusiast a selection of services.

As breeders, trainers and producers of dressage mounts we can offer the opportunity to purchase foals, youngsters and going horses you can be assured have had the best start in life.

Additional services schooling and/or competing and/or sale of your horse is also available as well as a very limited number of agistment spaces.
